New products are completely brand new, just as you would expect from any new item. They come unopened in the original packaging, along with all standard accessories.

Grade A refurbished products are in excellent condition, free from any scratches or dents. Most of our Grade A products are ex-demo units, meaning they’ve been used only for short periods. While the products have been unboxed and may show minor scuffs from repackaging, all components and hardware are in perfect working order.

Grade B refurbished are in good condition, they are products that have been previously been used and show some signs of wear and tear that you would expect. There may be some minor dents to the casing but this will not affect the use or performance in any way. All of the components and hardware will have been professionally checked and be in good working order.

Grade C refurbished are in used condition. The device will have signs of use such as scratches or dents to the casing however this will only be cosmetic damage and will not affect the function of the device.

Despite the used appearance, the device works perfectly and has been professionally checked.
